PERFECTIONISM
Wanting to achieve your best, being diligent, completing your work on time and giving your very best every single moment can be a very attractive and helpful trait. However, given the pressures of daily and work life, it is often impossible to maintain this all the time.
If perfectionism is one of your traits, then anxiety will be no stranger to you. The inability to sit with the discomfort of not performing to your best or achieving all that has been set for you can cause great suffering. Panic attacks, insomnia, restlessness and the fear of the worst happening can come in the way of you reaping the rewards of your very helpful traits.
It is possible to maintain your values whilst at the same time being resilient to the stress and added pressures of life, work or otherwise.
It would be an honour to work with you to a better sense of wellbeing and functioning so perfectionism is no longer a weight that you carry around.
